    At our Clifton Studio and in Keynsham we run group Matwork classes. At our Chew Valley studio we run group Matwork and Studio Equipment classes. These are suitable for all levels.

  • Matwork Classes

    Our Matwork classes run from Monday to Saturday in small groups. Matwork courses run for 10 weeks throughout the year and each class lasts for 55 minutes. We have many levels to suit all ages and fitness abilities.

    At our Chew Valley Studio we have a more personal experience with Studio classes taught on Pilates Equipment. The exercises and intensity are carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals. Studio based classes are taught 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1

Welcome to Vital Pilates

Vital Pilates was established in 2005 and now runs two highly successful dedicated studios in Clifton and Chew Valley and matwork classes in Keynsham. Our studios are fully equipped and our Pilates teachers highly qualified and experienced. We work with clients with all ages and abilities and specialise in rehabilitation.

Our Clifton Studio is a wonderfully light and airy space based within Clifton Chiropractic Clinic on Pembroke road.  At this studio we run a variety of matwork classes.

Our Chew Valley Studio is a lovely large purpose built studio which is based within JM Fitness in Winford Cattle market. At this studio we run group matwork classes and studio equipment classes 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1.

Our Keynsham matwork classes are based in the centre of the very pretty village of Queen Charlton within the village hall. Here here we run a variety of matwork classes.

All our matwork and studio classes run from Monday – Saturday, we have levels to suit everyone. Our matwork courses run in blocks of 10 weeks throughout the year.

Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise that targets deep postural muscles, which help to protect and stabilise the spine, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and General Practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today, beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age, gender and fitness level.
