    At our Westbury Park and Chew Valley studios we run Pilates matwork, Barre and Studio Equipment classes. At our Westbury Park studio we also offer Yoga classes. These classes are suitable for all levels.

  • Mat work classes

    Our matwork classes run from Monday to Saturday in small groups. Matwork courses run for 10 weeks throughout the year and each class lasts for 55 minutes. We have many levels to suit all ages and fitness abilities.

    At our Westbury Park and Chew Valley Studio we have a more personal experience with studio equipment based Pilates. The exercises and intensity are carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals. Studio equipment based sessions are taught 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and as Open Studios (max 6).

Welcome to Vital Pilates   

Vital Pilates was established in 2005 and now runs two highly successful dedicated studios in Westbury Park, and Chew Valley. Our studios are fully equipped and our Pilates teachers highly qualified and experienced. We work with clients with all ages and abilities and specialise in rehabilitation.

Our Westbury Park studio  is a  wonderfully light and airy studio based on Kellaway Avenue which offers Pilates, Yoga and Barre group Matwork classes and Studio Equipment 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and Open Studios (max 6).  We also have three lovely Therapy rooms which offer all types of health and wellness therapies.

Our Chew Valley studio is a lovely large purpose built studio which is based within JM Fitness in Winford Cattle market. At this studio we run group Matwork classes and Studio Equipment 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1.

Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise that targets deep postural muscles, which help to protect and stabilise the spine, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and General Practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today, beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age, gender and fitness level.
