Injuries – many people start coming to Pilates because they have injuries. Pilates seems to really helps them. We do have people coming without Injuries too!

Joints – Pilates can help to mobilise and nourish your joints. This is one of the many reasons it is popular with people who suffer from Arthritis.

Kit – you don’t need special clothes for Pilates. Loose comfortable clothes you can move in are great. No trainers are needed as we normally work in socks.

Lengthening – our muscles are lengthened during the class. Clients often comment that they ‘feel an inch taller’ when they leave.

Muscles – we work all of the muscles that support and stabilise the spine, some small and some large.

Newcomers – we welcome all newcomers to our classes. Don’t worry if you are nervous you will be well looked after. We have beginners classes especially for you.

Osteoporosis – some of our clients have osteoporosis and often tell us that coming to Pilates on a regular basis really helps them.

Posture – Pilates can really help to improve your posture and alignment.

Quiet – our classes are taught without music so you can really concentrate on what you are doing.
