Exciting News! Vital Pilates is expanding!

I am very excited to announce that Vital Pilates is opening a second space – Chew Valley Studio!

Vital Pilates – Chew Valley Studio is based within J M fitness in Winford and will be opening on 1st July 2017. We will be running equipment 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 sessions and group mat classes.

Vital Pilates – Clifton Chiropractic Clinic will continue to run group mat classes (no equipment sessions).

The mat timetable at Clifton Chiropractic Clinic will remain as it is although my daytime mat classes will be taught by other teachers.

I have had a wonderful 12 years at Clifton Chiropractic Clinic but feel It is the right time to expand the business and to take on a new challenge. I can only hope that the new Chew Valley Studio will be as enjoyable and as big a success as Clifton Chiropractic Clinic has been so far.
